Working effectively with energy requires extreme clarity, a clearing out of energy patterns within oneself that cause one to have distorted vision.  The most valuable part of my training was the process of that clearing.  In addition, I have extensive training in Polarity Therapy as well as other forms of Energy Medicine.  I have been very successful helping people with anxiety, trauma, headaches, chronic pain, life-threatening illness.

We vastly underestimate the volition of our energy, our life force. Each of us has a core of energy, the essence of who we are, that inexorably seeks its full, unfettered expression.  I trust this implicitly in each and every client I work with.  Everything I do and say comes from that understanding.  My clients are the architects and the builders.  I am just the advisor on the project.
